Automation

Every feature in this guide is one click. Automation is zero clicks: VidAI does the routine work for you so the busywork stops being a decision you have to keep making.

Why it helps

The single biggest reason metadata is weak isn't skill — it's fatigue. By video 50, nobody hand-crafts tags. Automation removes the willpower tax: the boring-but-important parts happen by default, consistently, whether or not you feel like it that day. You stay in control — you can always review and change anything — but the baseline is no longer "nothing".

What can run on autopilot

✍️

Titles & descriptions

New upload? A strong title and description can be generated automatically — optionally with tags too.

🏷️

Tags

Relevant tags filled in for you instead of left empty.

💬

Comment replies

Auto-reply to comments in your voice — engagement that keeps going without you.

⏱️

Ad-break placement

On monetized videos, ad breaks placed for you instead of one-by-one by hand.

How to use it

  1. Open VidAI settings

The automation toggles live in VidAI's settings — turn on only the ones you want. Everything is opt-in; nothing automates behind your back.

  2. Set your voice first

Automation is only as on-brand as your persona. Set it once in Channel Intelligence so auto-generated metadata and replies sound like you.

  3. Let it run — review when you want

VidAI fills things in by default. You can still open any video and change anything; automation sets the baseline, it doesn't lock you out.

You stay in control: automation never publishes something you can't see or change. It removes the blank-field problem — strong defaults instead of nothing — but every result is still yours to edit.
Manage it in VidAI Settings. Start with auto titles/descriptions on, see how it feels for a few uploads, then widen from there.

✅ What you get

  • The routine work — titles, descriptions, tags, replies, ad breaks — done by default.
  • Consistency that doesn't depend on willpower at video #50.
  • Still fully in control: opt-in, reviewable, editable any time.
  • Best paired with a set channel voice so autopilot stays on-brand.
