Automation
Most of VidAI is one click: you press a button, it writes, you decide. Two things can run with no click at all — both in the AI Comment Manager, both off until you switch them on. Here is exactly which, when and on which plan, so nobody waits for something that is not coming.
Why it helps
Replying is the part of YouTube that never ends. Every video brings the same "thank you!", "which mic is that?", "part 2 when?" — a minute each, and by video 50 most go unanswered. The Comment Manager answers the easy ones in your voice while you make the next video, and keeps everything that needs you in one short list.
What runs by itself
Replies to comments
The AI Comment Manager answers new comments in your voice — thanks, praise and simple questions by default; you can allow feedback and requests too. It starts only after you have approved its first 5 replies, answers comments from the last 2 days, and checks for new ones every hour. Pro, Max and Ultra.
A welcome comment on new videos
One comment from your channel under each new video — about what is in it, with an easy question — so the conversation starts. Its own switch, off by default; it never comments on videos older than 48 hours. Pro, Max and Ultra.
What stays one click
These are quick, but they wait for you — VidAI does not fill anything in when you upload.
Titles & descriptions
The VidAI tools sit under YouTube's fields on the upload screen and on every video's edit page. Press Generate, pick what you like, and it goes into the field; you save with YouTube's own button.
Tags
The VidAI Tags block under YouTube's tag field suggests a set for this video in one click; "Add All Tags" puts them in the field. Advanced tags are on the paid plans.
Ad breaks
On a monetized video, VidAI adds "Break every … ➕ Add" to YouTube's ad-breaks editor: pick an interval, press Add, and it places a mid-roll at each step to the end of the video. YouTube's own "Automatic ad slots" has to be off; review and save in YouTube.
Translation
One click per video — a new upload or an old one. In the default mode it then runs on VidAI's servers and publishes the languages, even with the tab closed. It never starts on a new upload by itself — see Translation.
How to switch it on
Connect the channel
Replies go out through YouTube as your channel, so connect it to VidAI with permission to post comments — how to connect a channel.
Turn on auto-replies
Open the AI Comment Manager at vidai.help/comment_manager and press "Turn on auto-replies" for the channel. On a plan without it, the page shows what it does and which plans include it.
Tell it how you talk — or skip
A sentence about your channel, how long replies should be, what never to say. It is the same channel voice as the ⚙ settings in YouTube Studio (Channel Intelligence), so you set it once for both.
Approve its first 5 replies
Real comments from your channel, each with the reply it would post: approve, fix or skip. Older comments count too — they are only for practice. After the fifth, it answers new comments by itself.
Add the welcome comment (optional)
On the same page, switch on "Post a welcome comment on each new video". It works whether auto-replies are on or off.
